FemmeSculpt Haus provides fitness, wellness, and movement-based instruction, including but not limited to Sculptformer, strength, Pilates-inspired, and other fitness classes.

3. Memberships and Class Packages

Memberships

Memberships are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Memberships may:

  • Renew automatically unless canceled

  • Be non-transferable

  • Be non-refundable except where required by law

Class Packages

Class packages:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have expiration dates, if applicable

  • May not be redeemed for cash

Unused classes may expire according to the package terms provided at purchase.

4. Payments

By purchasing memberships, classes, retail products, or other services, you agree to:

Members and guests may not capture or share images, videos, or recordings that include other individuals without their prior written consent and the approval of studio management.

Any member or guest found violating this policy may be asked to stop recording immediately, remove the content, leave the premises, and may be subject to suspension or termination of membership without refund.
